How to Change or Update Your Email Address at Webster University
Here are the steps to request a name change and update your email address:
Step 1: Sign into Connections.
Step 2: Type "name change" into the Connections search bar.
Step 3: Click on the link titled "Chosen Name Change."
Step 4: Fill out all the required information in the form.
Step 5: Specify in **Question 10** that you want to change your Webster email address.
Step 6: To create a support ticket, visit support.webster.edu.
Step 7: Attach the completed PDF form regarding the proposed name change in the ticket.
Step 8: Submit the ticket. The name and email change will be processed and implemented at the start of the following semester.
